Important changes to Universal Credit - Digital Service roll out in Knowsley
From 16th May, any new Universal Credit claimants in Knowsley will go onto the Full Digital Service. This will mean that your whole Universal Credit claim will be managed online through one single online account. Customers will have a username / password and use it to login, make a claim, view payment details, job search and report changes in circumstances.
If you are already receiving Universal Credit, then the Department for Work and Pensions will contact you from May onwards and you will migrate onto the Full Digital Service within 3 months.
To use the Universal Credit Digital Service you will need basic computer skills. If you struggle to use a computer or navigate the internet then our DigiSmart programme can help you.
