Gas servicing and safety checks
Villages' gas servicing is delivered by Liberty Group.
Our gas servicing team visits each home once a year to service gas-heating systems and make sure all properties are gas safe.
The service takes around 45 minutes. We’ll check your appliances, pipework and flues. We will also test smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms.
Customers receive a gas service appointment before the visit.
We hope the appointment date sent is convenient for you. If you would like to request a morning or afternoon slot for the date you are sent, or you need to arrange an alternative date please contact us on 0300 123 55 22, or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be entered into a £150 quarterly prize draw if you “let us in” on the first appointment. You will still be entered into the prize draw even if you rearrange your appointment, as long as you let us know in advance.
Remember, you’re putting your family and neighbours at risk if you don’t allow us to access your home for a gas check up. You may also face legal action.
