Operatives sent by us will usually have a pre-booked appointment to visit your home; they will always carry an identity card for you to check which should contain his or her photo. You can always look out for logos on their uniform or vehicle.
How do I prevent Bogus Callers?
Always look to see who is at the door before you open it through glass or a spy-hole door viewer and then be sure to check ID cards before allowing anyone in. If you’re still not sure that the caller is genuine then get in touch with us to double check your appointment, if they are genuine, they won’t mind waiting!
Who do I contact if I think I have a Bogus Caller?
