Translations
Language Line: Villages has access to "Language Line" services, which means we can contact an interpreter in minutes. This means that we are able to access interpreters of over 170 languages so that Villages staff can conduct a conversation face-to-face or over the phone. Ask at reception for more information. Our printed leaflets are available in other languages and other formats such as in Braille, large font, or on Audio CD.
British Sign Language: We also have some members of staff who have basic British Sign Language skills, who may be able to assist you if you call in to the office.
