Staff Structure

Villages values every member of staff from the Chief Executive to the Caretaker, and from the Directors to the Cleaners. Everyone is seen as a member of the Villages team, and it is through the hard work and commitment of every single member of staff that the goals and objectives of Villages Housing Group can be achieved.

Villages has been accredited with IIP status since November 1997, reinforcing its commitment to quality services delivered through a well-trained, informed and highly motivated work force.
