First impressions are everything, and the sight of fly-tipped material instantly has a negative impact on an area...we decided to act, and the 'Skip Service' was the result.

The 'Skip Service' started many years ago in Stockbridge, and was introduced into Fitton Hill as soon as we took over the estate. skip service villages housing

The service provides one free skip (accessible to ALL residents) at various locations throughout Stockbridge Village and Fitton Hill on a weekly rota basis on a Thursday morning and removed around lunchtime.

The skip service cannot take fridges, freezers, gas bottles or tyres. For free removal of these items please contact Knowsley Contract Services on 0151 443 2400 or Oldham Council on 0161 770 6644.
