Steering Group

The Multi-Storey steering group was set up after preliminary meetings regarding the work being undertaken as part of a £5.5 million project to improve our multi-storey blocks. Improvements include new kitchens, bathrooms and windows to each apartment.

Members of the steering group helped to select the Contractors used for the works, the materials used, they help us to complete satisfaction surveys and most importantly, act as ambassadors for the project and help to communicate between Villages and residents of the multi-storey blocks.

They attend meetings where staff from Villages and the contractors keep them informed about the work being undertaken. Their views are very important and impact substantially on any decisions made.
