Finance Manager and Deputy Company Secretary
Located at: Stockbridge Village, Knowsley
Salary: £40,000 (plus benefits)
Benefits: 25 days holiday per year (rising with service) plus bank holidays and discretionary days. Final salary (C.A.R.E.) pension scheme (incl. life insurance), BUPA, flexi-time.

We seek an exceptional Qualified Accountant to provide professional support to the Finance & Resources Director by fulfilling a range of senior accounting and management duties.
- You will demonstrate superior management and interpersonal skills to efficiently manage the day to day activities of the Finance department and develop the team.
- Utilising your strong sense of ownership and commitment you will develop, and oversee all internal financial controls
- Your contribution to setting, reviewing, communicating and reporting spend against budgets, will ensure that strict control of the management accounts and loan covenants is maintained.
- You will be confident in making many and varied presentations, to staff, Senior Management, Board Members, Committee Members and external audiences.
- Your ability to prioritise will ensure that Committee and Board report contributions, benchmarking statistics, and returns will be accurate and submitted in a timely fashion.
- Experience of maintaining a rent restructuring programme and service charges would be desirable
