Estate Management Committees

Villages also has 'Estate Management Committees' in Stockbridge Village and Fitton Hill which oversee the day-to-day activities of the group, and assist the Board in ensuring the provision of quality services. The committees include Villages Board members, local tenants and residents, councillors and other members who can influence service delivery.

Mike Carter - Mike is a former Chief Executive from 1983 - 1986. Mike is Chairman of VHA and also a member of VCHA Board and FHEMC

Maureen Clunan- Maureen is a tenant member of Stockbridge Village Estate Management Committee. Maureen cares about the community and does a lot of work with old, young and disabled tenants

Bill Weightman - Bill is a local Councillor for Stockbridge Village and is also Chair of Merseyside Police Authority

Stephanie Tomlinson - Steph is a tenant member of the Stockbridge Village Estate Management Committee and is passionate about the community and values the facilities on offer.
