Do It Online
We have now made it possible for you to acess a range of services through our website.
REPORT IT
You can now report a repair online through our Open Access site.
SEE IT
You can now view your account details online, via our Open Access site. You will be able to see your rent account, and who your Estate Management officer is.
PAY IT
You can now pay your rent online, but please note that this is NOT through our Open Access site, it is via the AllPay website - www.allpay.net. When you make a payment online, it will not appear on your rent account for at least 10 days.
SAY IT
You can now contact us via the 'Contact Us' page of our website . You can make a complaint, compliment or suggestion; ask for more information about applying for a home in Stockbridge Village or Fitton Hill; or enquire about new business, or any other enquiry you would like to make.

You can now email us to request a housing application pack.
Please fill in the form and include your name, address, email address and phone number and a member of staff will contact you to arrange a pack to be sent out.

Applying for a Community Budget Grant
Villages has a community budget for Fitton Hill and Stockbridge Village to which local residents can apply. Donations are made to groups and individuals to provide equipment, help fund events and enable residents to participate in various activities.
Applications are considered by each relevant Estate Management Committee. Donations will not normally be over £500.
