What is the CESP programme?

Villages Housing is working in partnership with the Greater Merseyside "Renewables and Energy Efficiency in Community Housing" (REECH) Initiative to access funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the government's Community Energy Saving Programme (CESP) to deliver external thermal cladding, loft insulation and to replace the warm air system with new energy efficient central heating systems to 608 Villages' properties.

The work will be done in 2 stages: We will be installing a Gas Central Heating System in your home and we will then carry out the work to install the thermal cladding to the outside of your home or vice versa.

The work will only be carried out to concrete properties, not brick built houses.
