Village Housing Group Board

The business of Villages Housing Group is overseen by a Board, made up of a wide range of professionals and local residents. Their responsibility is to oversee the strategic direction of each Association.

The members have a range of skills and some members have backgrounds in care, construction, commerce, law, finance, public administration, education and community involvement.

The Boards meet regularly as individual boards and collectively to discuss strategic group matters. The appropriate activities of each Association are delegated to the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team as determined by the Standing Orders and Financial Regulations of each Association.

The diagram below illustrates the different Boards and groups that make up the "Group".

Andrew Greenhill - Andrew is Chief Executive of QHS (Quality Housing Services) Limited. Andrew was appointed Chair of VHA in September 2008 prior to that date he was Chair of VCHA. Andrew also Chairs the Stockbridge Village Estate Management Committee Meetings.
Barbara Prosser - Barbara has been resident in Stockbridge Village for 15 years. She originally joined the Board as a Tenant Board Member in September 2002 but has since bought her home through the Right to Buy scheme and is now a Resident Board Member.
Brian Ricketts - Brian Ricketts is a Chartered Accountant with PKF and is Chair of the Audit Committee
Chris Wood - Chris is now retired but previously worked in Knowsley Council (KMBC) and Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT). He was Deputy Director of Housing & Environmental Health for KMBC and Director of Operations at KHT
Lindsay Miller - Lindsay joined the VHA Board in September 2002 and first became involved with the Association from 1994 to 1999 as an external and internal auditor at Pricewaterhouse Cooper
Mike Carter - Mike is a former Chief Executive from 1983 - 1986. Mike is Chairman of VHA and also a member of VCHA Board and FHEMC

Rod Hill - Rod joined the VHA Board in Sept 2003. Rod comes from a finance background and from 1992 - 2002 was MD of Liverpool John Lennon Airport
